Ownership of Content

Contributed Content
By contributing content to the platform, you grant Structurepedia and its users a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute your content on this and other platforms. You also warrant that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
Credits
Credits purchased on Structurpedia can be consumed on the platform only. We do not issue refunds.
Content Modifications
Structurepedia cannot and does not guarantee the unchanged persistence and availability of the data contributed by users. Other users may build on it and modify it to the point where it is recognizable. Moreover Structurepedia reserves the right to modify and or delete data contributed by user without further notice or motivation. This does not entitle users to refund of Credits.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you may not engage in any conduct that violates these terms and conditions. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following: Posting content that infringes on the rights of any third party; Harassing; Threatening; Stalking other users of the platform; Attempting to access or use another user's account without permission; Using the platform to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software. Our platform is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that our platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or defects.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our platform, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
